At Your Business: Requires a three-day minimum. Travel costs (flight and hotel) are billed in addition to the consulting fee. This option is best if Ian needs to see your operations firsthand or if you’d like multiple team members involved.
At Blue Claw Associates (Cape Cod, MA): Sessions may last one-three days. You’ll be responsible for your travel and accommodations. This option is ideal if you’d like to see how Blue Claw, Blue Water Pools, or Boston Tennis operate, and learn directly from their systems in action.
