Blue Claw PO Desk — SMS Terms & Consent

The Blue Claw Group LLC operates an internal text-message service, the “Blue Claw PO Desk,” that lets our employees and authorized workers request and receive purchase order (PO) numbers for company purchases.

Who this is for

This service is for active employees and authorized workers of The Blue Claw Group LLC and its affiliated companies. It is an internal operational tool and is not offered to the general public.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting the keyword “P” to our PO Desk number, (866) 384-3804. By texting the service, you consent to receive operational SMS/MMS messages related to your purchase order requests. We only send messages in reply to a conversation you start; we do not message anyone who has not first texted us.

What we send

Operational messages only: prompts to complete a purchase order (company, division, vendor, type, job, amount), your assigned PO number, and confirmations. You may also send a photo of a vendor invoice, which we store with the PO. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this service.

Message frequency

Frequency varies with your purchasing activity. Messages are sent only in response to requests you initiate.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Privacy

No mobile information or SMS opt-in/consent data will be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing and will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose.
